29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a) Main St. Façade: Employee was working from an articulated boom basket approximately 35 feet above the ground. Since no lanyard was available, after being observed without any connection, employee attempted to comply with the standard requirements by connecting his harness to a lifeline and being exposed to a fall of more than 6 feet, on or about 1/7/20.
