On or about May 6, 2020, located on the first floor at a residential home at 12740 Beverhymer Road in Westerville, Ohio, there was a floor hole that was approximately 8 foot wide by 10 foot long without guardrails or any other protection to keep employees from falling approximately 10 feet.   Ibrahim Aboomer, dba Framing and Carpentry Service, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1203862, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 18, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 3840 Oxford Loop West New Albany, Ohio 43054.
