(a) Jobsite- 1576 Jacob Miller Road, Rector, PA: On or about June 3, 2020, an employee was working from a bucket truck conducting tree removal operations, while another employee was in the drop zone and was stuck by a tree limb that the employee in the bucket truck threw into the drop zone.
