On May 6, 2020, located on the west side of a pole barn, an employee exposed to a fall hazard standing at the edge of a overhang roof installing a ladder lift to transport solar panels onto a metal roof and that the employer failed to install a fall protection system before an employee performing the work.  Potential fall height was measured to be 8' with a roof pitch of 4 in 12.
