29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system. E. Lee Construction, Inc. on or about June 09, 2020 at the address of 130 South Walnut Street, Van Wert, Ohio: The employer did not ensure that individuals working on the roof 18 feet above the next lower level were protected from falls. No form of fall protection was in use on the worksite.
