At the jobsite located at 7400 W 67th St., in Overland Park, Ks, employe(s) engaged in tree trimming activities were working from the bucket of an aerial lift approximately 25 feet above ground level, and were exposed to fall hazards from the aerial lift bucket to the ground below. Employee(s) were not provided with training on how safely use the Versalift aerial lift equipment.

29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. An employee working from inside an aerial lift bucket cutting branches from a tree that was approximately 30 feet tall was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet from the lift' bucket to the ground below. Employees were exposed to fall hazards. At the jobsite located at 7400 W 67th St., in Overland Park, Ks, employe(s) engaged in tree trimming activities were working from the bucket of an aerial lift approximately 25 feet above ground level, and were exposed to fall hazards from the aerial lift bucket to the ground below. Employee(s) were not provided with a personal fall arrest system.
