This condition exposed employees to head injuries from falling objects.

Four employees were installing shingles on a residential roof using pneumatic nail guns without the use of eye protection.  This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards to the eyes.  Allan J. Construction, LLC., previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1324363, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 20, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4235 S. College Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80525.
