29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about June 16, 2020, during the installation of roofing material at a job site located at 2721 Lincoln Way W, Massillon, Ohio 44647; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a single family home were protected from a fall of approximately 19 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.       JC ROOFING LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13) Duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1121812, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/8/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 11437 Reserve Way, Columbia Station, Ohio 44028.       JC ROOFING LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13) Duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1167670, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/9/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1042 Orchard Hill Cir NE, Massillon, Ohio 44646.
