Trunk Line machine - Employees operating the 5 foot Trunk Line machine to fabricate coils of metal were exposed to pinch and entanglement hazards from the rollers, dies, and blades at the point of operations without the use of appropriate machine guarding. Condition noted on or about 6/9/20.
