OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. a. On or about June 16, 2020, at a jobsite located at 13710/13690 Nighthawk Trail, Brookfield WI, the employer did not ensure that an employee was protected from a fall hazard while working from a bucket of an all-terrain forklift telehandler while conducting carpentry activities at approximately eight feet in height.
