29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Rear elevation of building 4613-4619 - On or about June 25, 2020, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling from an elevation of approximately 20 feet (two stories) while stocking the roof with roofing materials being delivered to the roof deck. b) Rear elevation of building 4607 - On or about June 25, 2020, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling from an elevation of approximately 20 feet (two stories) while throwing roofing materials/debris from the roof edge. c) Front elevation of building 4607 - On or about June 25, 2020, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling from an elevation of approximately 20 feet (two stories) while tearing-off roofing materials from the roof deck. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
