29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    a) On or about August 2, 2023, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 18 feet while working from a pitched roof without fall protection.   A R E Roofing & exteriors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1480679, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 18, 2023, with respect to a worksite located at 832 Seers Drive, Schaumburg, Illinois.     A R E Roofing & exteriors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1480679, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 3, 2020, with respect to a worksite located at 4607-4619 Kingswalk Drive, Rolling Meadows, Illinois.    No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
