29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Jobsite located at 200 South Union Street, Kennett Square, PA.: Employees working on an approximately 12:12 pitched roof of a residential building were not provided fall protection; thus exposing employees of falls of approximately 20 feet. Condition was observed on or about 25 JUN 2020.
