29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) CPC Services, LLC at 9323 Sedalia St., Commerce City, CO 80022: On or before June 16, 2020, the creating, correcting, and exposing employer did not ensure that employees wore fall protection when working atop the framed walls of the first story of a two-story single family home. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately ten feet.  CPC Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1406760, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 30, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 8880 E 106th Ave., Commerce City, CO 80022.  CPC Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1467254, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 9, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 9905 Uravan Commerce City, CO 80022.
