29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about June 27, 2020, and at times prior, Campbell Beard Roofing, Inc. did not protect their employees from recognizable construction hazards including, but not limited to fall hazards, in that their accident prevention program did not include frequent and regular site inspections of weekend work. An employee was seriously injured while performing roofing work on a Saturday at their worksite. Campbell Beard Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1407049, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 19, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3353 Umber Circle, Castle Rock, CO.
