29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use: (a) On or about July 8, 2020 employees at the site were exposed to amputation hazards when the saw blade guard on the Makita circular saw was wedged back with a piece of wood preventing the guard from functioning. The Gabriel Ruiz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number1428724, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/25/2019 with respect to a workplace located at 234 Saddlebrook Circle Hallsville, TX.
