29 CFR 1926.1427(a): General requirements for operators. The employer did not ensure that each operator is trained, certified/ licensed, and evaluated in accordance with this section before operating any equipment covered under subpart CC, except for the equipment listed in paragraph (a)(2) of this section: a) New townhome construction on Lots #18-20 located at 2013 Heyward Way, Alpharetta, GA 30009, Street: On or about 07/09/2020, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while installing roof trusses with a truck-mounted mobile crane, in that the crane operator was not certified or licensed to operate the National Crane 1800 Telescoping Hydraulic Boom Crane.
