On or about June 25, 2020, employees operating a CR10-A-16V4 16-inch diameter wheel cut-off saw cutting part 288 were exposed to amputation hazards. Employees held the parts in their hands while cutting the parts and were within inches of the blade.   b. On or about June 25, 2020, employees operating a CR15-A-16V4-AEB 16-inch diameter wheel cut-off saw cutting part 288 were exposed to amputation hazards. Employees held the parts in their hands while cutting the parts and were within inches of the blade.
