29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: On or about May 15, 2024, an operator of a Clark WPX45 electric powered pallet lift exposed employees to struck-by, crushed-by, and fall hazards in that the employer did not ensure, that the brakes of the trailer were set, dock locks were attached and in working order, and wheel blocks were in place to ensure the trailer is connected at all times to the loading dock while being loaded by electric powered pallet lifts.
