29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   A) Exterior Front, On the ground: An employee was exposed to head injuries while working below roofing activities. The employee was not protected by a hard hat or protective helmet, the owner was onsite, on or about 7/14/20.   The Danny Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1300285, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/27/18, with respect to a workplace located at 22 Laurel Court Bergenfield NJ 07621.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) Roof: Employees working with eye or face protection were exposed to eye/face injuries while using a hammer to remove  nails from the roof, on or about 7/14/20.  b) Ground level: An employee was exposed to eye/face injurie while working on the ground and employees above were discarding roof shingles, on or about 7/14/20.   The Danny Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1378669, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on 4/4/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 556 Piaget Ave Clifton NJ 07011.   The Danny Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1340644, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/14/19, with respect to a workplace located at 234 Williams Ave Hasbrouck Heights NJ 07604.
