An employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 480 Rt. 10 West, Whippany, NJ Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet from the form to the ground with no means of fall protection in place. Violation was observed on or about 07/16/2020 The C & S Foundations, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1289829, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/13/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 11 US 1 South New Brunswick, NJ 08901.
