On or about July 29, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations were exposed to falls of seventeen (17) feet above ground, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. b. On or about July 29, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations was exposed to falls of nine (9) feet five (5) inches above ground, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. Yupa Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1432168, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order December 12, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 166 N. Vincent Drive, Bolingbrook, IL 60490. Yupa Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1393628, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order July 18, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 202 Cedar Road, New Lenox, IL 60451.
