29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Tubular welded frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would have secured vertical members together laterally: a. On or about 07/29/2020, at the entire site, subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards, in that, tubular welded frame scaffolding up to 5 frames high erected at the perimeter of the various buildings under construction were not provided with cross bracing at the wall side.
