Such program would support the employer and employees in identifying and avoiding potential hazards such as, but not limited to, falls during job site operations.

Employees were exposed to approximately 10 feet fall hazard when using the ladder to access the roof in order to conduct construction activities.

The ladder was closed and leaning against the structure while employees used it to access the upper level of the one story residential structure. Employees were exposed to approximately 8 feet fall hazard due to the improper placement and use of the ladder.

Employees did not set the ladder at an angle to prevent displacement and were exposed to approximately 8 to 10 feet fall hazards from the ladders to the ground below.
