29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Side A Warehouse Area: On or about July 31, 2020, the employer failed to establish and implement an adequate written respiratory protection program to protect employees from acute respiratory inhalation problems. Chemicals used at the site include, but not limited to; Styrene, Desmodur H (an Aliphatic Isocyanate), Desmodur W (an Aliphatic Diisocyanate), and Desmodur I (an Cycloaliphatic Diisocyanate). The employees were required to wear the 3M 60922 full-face piece masks for chemical spills and/or clean up. Amware Fulfillment of Georgia, LLC DBA Amware Fulfillment was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1449013, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/26/2020 with respect to a workplace located at 650 Selig Drive SW unit B, Atlanta, GA 30336.
