29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: On or about 7/28/2020 at 3100 Zingara Road Conyers, GA, on the metal roof where the employer failed to ensure workers were protected from 120 V electrical shock and burn hazards where the non-Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protected generator was powering: a. the black and red extension cord powering a DeWalt DW274 drill was missing the ground pin; b. the yellow extension cord powering a DeWalt DW272 drill was missing the ground pin.
