29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) Commercial roof located at 215 Pinetree Way, Dahlonega, GA 30533: On or about 08/23/2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while using an extension cord whose outer casing was torn and frayed and the strain relief was visibly damaged. The employer did not ensure that the cord was free from recognized hazards prior to being used.
