29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5):The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: (a) Bottling Group, LLC at 3801 Brighton Blvd, Denver, CO: On and before August 5, 2020, the employer did not ensure that the path to ground on an equipment charging station was continuous. The grounding prong in the 3-prong grounding AC plug was broken off. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer used written materials, such as signs, placards, process sheets, or batch tickets in lieu of affixing labels to individual stationary process containers that failed to identify the container(s) to which they were applicable and did not convey the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): (a) Bottling Group, LLC at 3801 Brighton Blvd, Denver, CO: On and before August 5, 2020, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemicals contained within. The manufacturer's label on a container of QuickCable QC Acid absorber and neutralizer had become illegible but had not been replaced with a Globally Harmonized System Label. This condition exposed employees to a chemical hazard. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
