29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vi): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying operations from a supported scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling from all open sides and ends by the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system: On August 7, 2020, employees of M & M Masonry, Inc. were performing masonry operations located at 110 Enchanted Parkway, Ballwin, Missouri. The employees were working from a hydro-mobile scaffold approximately 14 feet above the lower level, guardrails or personal fall arrest systems were not implemented to protect employees from fall hazards.
