Mary Ann Brown Facility) located at 2450 Mandolin Drive in Lima, Ohio;     On or about August 1, 2020, employees engaging in bathing, toileting, feeding, and dressing residents were provided only with KN95 masks for protection against aerosolized SARS-CoV-2 virus.  At a minimum, an N95 NIOSH-certified filtering facepiece respirator is necessary to protect employees from aerosolized SARS-CoV-2 virus.

The employer provided and required employees to wear masks labeled KN95. However, the KN95s did not contain certification markings indicating they were certified under an equivalent international standard.
