29 CFR 1910.134(a)(2):The employer did not provide respirators which were applicable and suitable for the purpose intended: a) Champaign Residential Services, Inc. located at 4364 Tiverton Road in Toledo, Ohio 43515: On or about November 17, 2020, employees engaging in resident care activities of daily living such as, but not limited to, bathing, toileting, feeding, and dressing, were not provided with N95 respirators for protection against SARs-CoV-2 virus. At a minimum, a N95 NISOH-certified filtering facepiece respirator is necessary to protect employees from SARS-Co-V-2 virus.
