29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a): On August 13, 2020 and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in truss installation on a 2.5:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of 10-24 feet with no fall protection. NOTE: Certification of Corrective Action is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not assure that each employee has been trained, as necessary, by a competent person in the use and operation of guardrail systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used: a) Jobsite: On August 13, 2020 and times prior thereto employees engaged in framing activities on a 2.5:12 pitch roof did not recognize or acknowledge the hazard of working without a fall protection system in place.
