29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) On July 14, 2023 and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in framing and roofing related activities on a 10:12 roof pitch, were exposed to fall hazards of 10 feet.    O.C. Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1488369, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/13/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1706 S Empire Way, Boise, ID 83705.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) On July 14, 2023 and times prior thereto, employees engaged in framing activities on 10:12 pitch roof did not recognize or acknowledge the hazard of working without a fall protection system in place.   O.C. Construction, LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(2)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1488369, citation number 1, item number 1-b and was affirmed as a final order on 10/13/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1706 S Empire Way, Boise ID 83705.  Note: Abatement documentation is required for this item.
