29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(i):When no mechanical equipment was being used the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8m) from the roof edge: On or about 08/20/2020 at the Auto Zone Store #5953 Construction Project, the foreman and employees were using a Warning Line System as fall protection while installing a new roofing system and the Warning Line System was not set up at least 6 feet from the unguarded edges of the roof deck.
