29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about August 20, 2020, on the south side of the jobsite, employees used a JLG 600AJ aerial lift while not wearing adequate fall protection while performing work to the exterior of the building at a height of approximately 11 feet above the ground.
