29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a. Employer Person Table Saw - On or about January 28, 2021 a table saw that was at least 45 years old was brought to the jobsite for use. The employees were not trained on how to operate the saw, exposing the employees to injuries.
