Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. 430 Federal St, Greenfield, MA On August 21, 2020 and at times prior, the exit routes leading to the two fire exits at the rear of the store were blocked and required materials and equipment to be moved out of the way before employees could exit.
