29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a. 4301 New Brunswick Ave, South Plainfield, NJ - S.O. Machine 4#1  The employer did not ensure adequate machine guarding was provided to prevent employees from entering or inserting body parts into machines or equipment.  Employees engaged in the manufacture of paper bag products worked at or around equipment that included, but was not limited to S.O. 8#1 and like machines, were able to enter under the collator section of the equipment and place body parts inside the machine(s) that did not have physical guards to prevent entry.   Violation occurred on or about August 20, 2020
