29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a. On or about August 27, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, frequent and regular jobsite inspections were not performed by the employer. An employee operating the Skyjack SJ45T to installing siding and facia was not attached to the aerial lift using a lanyard. The employee was thereby exposed to the hazards associated with a fall of approximately fifteen (15') feet.
