29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Building Exterior: Employees were working from an unprotected framed edge in which a means of fall protection was not utilized exposing the workers to fall hazards of approximately 15ft to the concrete below. Condition noted on or about 08/28/2020. VMG Group LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1422016, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 08/14/2019 with respect to a work place located at 162 Knickerbocker Ave, Demarest NJ 07203. This citation became a final order on 09/13/19.
