29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) At or near PS 27 Elementary School Alfred Zampella, Jersey City NJ - Roof Corner - Graham St Facade: Employees without any means of fall protection were exposed to approximately 33 feet fall hazards while engaged in roofing activities, on or about 3/6/25 VMG Group was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) contained in OSHA inspection number 1490277, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/23/20, with respect to a workplace located at 985 Route 17 South, Ramsey NJ.
