29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed struck-by and fall hazards from falling tree trunk/limbs/branches sections while performing tree trimming:  a) Jobsite: 2690 Chrome Creek Dr., Berwyn, PA - Prior to conducting a tree trimming operation, the employer did not adequately inspect and take measures to prevent employee exposure to falls and struck-by hazards while working on a tree that was structurally compromised. On or about 08/24/20, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 23 feet to the ground level below, while cutting a branch and the employees safety line was attached to a section of the tree that was not adequately inspected and had visible signs of disease and decay such as open Cankers and cavities respectively and unable to withstand the forces applied to it..
