29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On July 31, 2020, where employees were not protected from fall hazards of more than 25 feet to the ground while employees were installing roofing shingles in the vicinity of 1832 San Diego Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1477152, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 14, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at or near 1213 South Washington Street in Bismarck, North Dakota.
