29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: a) Production department - On September 2, 2020 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that no point of operation machine guarding was provided to employees working with BIRO meat tenderizer machine with Serial# 00086779 & Model # PRO-9.
