29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. a) On or about September 10, 2020, South side of the building, two (2) employees were applying sheet metal to the side of the building while working at an elevated height of approximately 40-50 feet in an JLG Aerial Lift Bucket (Serial #918864RA), without having any fall protection.
