29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: Location: Warehouse a.) Room 1: The emergency exit was blocked with airline food carts, a 50-gallon trash container and a large rolling cart with product wrapped in cellophane. b.) Room 4: The emergency exit and aisles were blocked with cases of water, a large standing fan, cardboard boxes and rolling carts. Employees are exposed to burns and smoke in the event of a fire where the employee could not use the emergency exits to evacuate the warehouse rooms.

29 CFR 1910.23(b)(9): (9) Ladders are inspected before initial use in each work shift, and more frequently as necessary, to identify any visible defects that could cause employee injury; Location: Flight Kitchen Store Room Greenway side a.) 3' Ballymore mobile platform ladder stand. Employees were exposed to falls while using mobile ladder stands to access shelves where the damaged equipment is not being properly inspected or maintained. Location: Warehouse Room 1 a.) Ladder #3: 12' Tri-Arc mobile platform ladder stand. b.) Ladder #5: 7' Ballymore mobile platform ladder stand. Employees were exposed to falls while using mobile ladder stands to access shelves where the damaged equipment is not being properly inspected or maintained. Location: Warehouse Room 4 a.) Ladder #4: 6' Ballymore mobile platform ladder stand. Employees were exposed to falls while using a mobile platform ladder stand to access shelves where the damaged equipment is not being properly inspected or maintained.
