29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about September 15, 2020, employees engaged in roof operations were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-ft. for not using any form of fall protection. FT Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(B)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1379811, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on June 20, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 11700 Pebble Hills, El Paso, TX 79938.

On or about September 15. 2020, employees engaged in roofing operations were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-feet due to in adequacies in fall protection training.
