Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.    (a) Jobsite, 301 Chartiers Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA:  On or about September 16, 2020 employees engaged in roofing activities on a low-sloped roof were not protected from falling approximately 13 feet 6 inches by guardrails, safety nets, personal fall arrest systems or a safety monitor.      The employer, Steel Valley Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1388110, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on April 8, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 7018 East State Street, Hermitage, PA.
