Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems: On 8/5/2020, employees of Antonio Ramirez were working on a residential building located at 912 Havenwood Drive, OFallon, MO. Employees were installing shingles approximately 10 feet above a lower level. Employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection.
