On or about July 11, 2022, at a residential construction site located on 8726 Harbor Pines in Cypress, TX, employees were exposed to eye injuries while operating a pneumatic nail gun without wearing eye protective equipment.

On or about July 11, 2022, at a residential construction site located on 8726 Harbor Pines in Cypress, TX, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet while performing roofing work on the roof of a one-story house without the use a fall protection system.
